So, if you have read my blog at all, I'm sure that you are aware that I am literally OBSESSED with Birchbox. If you are a rare one who is t familiar with Birchbox, Birchbox is a sample subscription box service. For just $10 a month, you get four to five high end sample (and sometimes full size) products. Unlike Ipsy, which is primarily Cosmetics, Birchbox delivers it all. From hair are, to Skincare to fun beauty products, Birchbox has your whole beauty regimen covered.
I honestly haven't purchased shampoo for over a month, living off my previous hair care samples! It's an awesome way to try products you've never heard of or tried. It gets you out of your normal routine and gets you really excited about your beauty routine.
So, Birchbox always does a sneak peek on YouTube every month. This month I had to post about the really exciting things that they have planned! For starters, our boxes will get a cool design upgrade thanks to the folks at Women's Health magazine! They have teamed up with Birchbox to help curate this months selections as well as give us these fun, colorful boxes. They also have a special power up challenge. It is a booklet filled with 12 ways to power up. Upon completion of all twelve, you can be entered to win a fab prize!
And if that wasn't enough to get you pumped about July's box, then there is always the Birchbox Plus options! This month the Plus options are really fun! The first is a super fun and fab designed portable cell charger! There are two designs to choose from, I believe. The cost to upgrade to the charger is $28! Next we have the Beauty Protector dry shampoo spray. I honestly can't remember how much this upgrade is, but possibly $18! Not too shabby. The. The last super fun Plus option is some cute headphones! These are super cute and colorful and would be the perfect summer accessory ! And at just $13, it's a bargain price! Love this moths Plus options! Which is your fav option? So, the most exciting part of the sneak peek is definitely the power of Choice! I know that many times we subscribers grumble about not getting one of the fab products that we are longing to have. This month Birchbox has given it's subscribers the power to choose a sample. And the options aren't dull at all. We are guaranteed to have a fab Birchbox, thanks to the power of choice. Our options are between the Ruffian Polishes (Feom the Mermaid limited Edition box) or the Cynthia Rowley lip stains. Besides choosing which product, we ALSO have the power to choose COLOR! How freaking awesome is that. Of course, quantities are limited and you can't choose until you get an email. So, be on the lookout for your Birchbox email with the July Sample picks!
I always love watching these BB YouTube videos. They are so cute and funny. I think Rachel is showing off some BB samples, herself. She appears to be rocking the purple LAQA lip balm as well as the Ruffian polish. I would just love to snoop through her cosmetics bag. Bet she has tons of goodies!
Overall, it looks like Birchbox July 2014 is going to be a smashing success. This is just another reason that the folks at Birchbox win hands down in the battle of the boxes. They truly care about their customers and want you to have the best experience possible. Glad to see they are finding new and fun ways to give us some control!
