Bael Seat Cushion
What it is:
A cushion that corrects posture. It helps with back pain.
My Thoughts:
I love this cushion. As a blogger, and someone who spends all day on the computer and social media helping to promote brands and their products, I SIT ALL day. Sometimes I'm sitting for hours and hours at a time. To say that it puts some pressure on my back would be a huge understatement.
Sure, I have a gravy job some would say. That doesn't mean that it doesn't come with it's own cons. I truly suffer from back pain from the long hours spent sitting and staring at a computer screen. I get a lot of cool items, but truth be told I dont' get to enjoy them that much because I'm working all of the time.
That's why I LOVE this cushion. It's truly helped to alleviate some of the stress on my back. It feels as if there is a memory foam cushion or something in this! It is really firm, but not so much that it's uncomfortable. It feel as if this is a quality item that should last me awhile. I also like that material on the outside it feels similar to a suede material. It's very soft.
It's seemed to help with my back pain as well. When I actually REMEMBER to use this, my back doesn't start hurting quite so soon. Now, it doesn't take away all of my pain, but it does lessen the amount of time I'm in pain. I have to remember to walk around and do something other than sit for long stretches for this to work best. I've found if I do that, then I don't find myself in pain!!
